Where We’ve Been. Where We’re Going. Together.

There are moments when I pause and reflect on what Reclaim Customs has become, and it genuinely humbles me. When I first started this journey, I simply wanted to create meaningful, one-of-one custom pieces that honored athletes, history, and the stories that make this hobby special. I never imagined that it would grow into what it is today. I certainly never envisioned working with All-Pro and Hall-of-Fame athletes, professional teams, the number one gaming company in the world, celebrities, A-list actors, and partners whose names I grew up seeing on television. That part still feels surreal at times.

What matters most to me, though, is not the high-profile clients. The foundation of this company was built on everyday collectors. It was built on people who work hard all week for a paycheck and decide to spend some of their hard-earned money on a custom piece that we create. That trust means everything to me. It is something I think about often, and it will never be lost on me where this started. Every order form submitted, every autograph entrusted to us, every relic mailed in with a story attached to it, that is what built Reclaim Customs.

As we have grown, our mindset and long-term goals have sharpened. At our core, we will always be committed to creating the best one-of-one custom pieces possible. That will never change. However, growth has also brought clarity. We do not simply want to participate in this space. We want to be solidified as the world’s most recognized brand when it comes to custom memorabilia pieces. We want to be defined by elite craftsmanship, innovation, and enduring partnerships. Those words are not just marketing language for us. They represent the standard we hold ourselves to every day.

Growth, however, requires structure. Over the past few years, the volume of projects has increased significantly. While that is something we are grateful for, it has also forced us into situations where we stepped away from giving firm timelines. That has never sat well with me. When someone invests in a custom piece, they deserve clarity. They deserve realistic expectations and follow-through. Moving forward, our goal is simple. If we say a project will be completed in three months, we intend to meet or exceed that. If we commit to three weeks, we intend to meet or exceed that. Predictability matters. Clear communication matters. It benefits our internal workflow just as much as it benefits our customers.

To accomplish that, we are implementing structural refinements beginning immediately. The new order minimum will be $450, and a $150 deposit will be required upon submission of the order form. We will offer expedited options at $200 for a two to three week turnaround and $400 for a one week turnaround. Standard projects will be capped at 12 per month, and expedited projects will be capped at 6 per month. Once those thresholds are reached, orders will close until the following month.

These adjustments allow us to protect our production capacity, reduce backlog pressure, offer clearer timelines, and maintain the elite craftsmanship that defines our work. They also allow us to continue growing responsibly. This is not about doing less. It is about doing things the right way. It is about protecting the quality of every piece that leaves our shop and ensuring that our growth remains sustainable and aligned with the level of excellence we are committed to delivering.

For our customers, this means shorter wait times, clearer expectations, and even greater exclusivity in what we create. What will not change is the obsessive attention to detail, the care in design, and the respect for the artifacts and stories entrusted to us. Those are the principles that built this company, and they will remain at the center of everything we do.

I feel incredibly blessed to wake up each day and create pieces that preserve history and tell meaningful stories. I do not take this lightly. I am grateful for the partnerships, the opportunities, and the recognition, but most of all I am grateful for the collectors who believed in this when it was small and continue to support it as it grows.

Thank you for being part of this journey.

We are just getting started.

Grateful for every one of you,

Eric, Aaron, and Fred

The Reclaim Team
