Custom Project Application
Because of the hands-on nature of our work and the current demand for custom projects, all one-off and short print custom cards are now reviewed through an application process. We intentionally accept only a limited number of these projects each month so we can maintain quality, offer faster turnaround times, and create pieces that are truly special.
This application is intended for personal, one-off, or short print custom projects such as relic and cut autograph cards. It is not intended for teams, agencies, brands, or bulk partnership projects.
What to Expect
Submitting this form places your project under review and requires a non-refundable application fee. Not all applications will be accepted due to limited capacity. If your project is accepted, your application fee will be applied toward your final invoice.
All accepted projects receive expedited service with an estimated 3–4 week turnaround, and the minimum order amount is $450.
Limiting the number of projects we take on allows us to be more selective and adds scarcity to each piece, increasing the exclusivity and long-term value of your custom card.
Please note that we are unable to pre-review projects outside of this application, and we kindly ask that you do not reach out asking whether a project will be accepted prior to submitting the form.

***Print & Foil Color Disclaimer***
Please note that approved designs and final prints may show slight variations in color, contrast, or brightness. These differences are subtle and normal. Digital proofs are intended only as visual approximations of the final printed product.
***Authentication Policy Update***
Our original policy has always been: "Any autograph we work on must be authenticated by sticker, letter, or quick opinion from either PSA, Beckett Authentication, James Spence Authentication (JSA), or G.O.A.T Authentication (for Jordan, Gretzky, Brady)." This has served as the foundation of our commitment to legitimacy and collector confidence.
However, due to recent revelations of fraudulent activity in the memorabilia space, we are updating our authentication policy to ensure continued trust and transparency.
Effective immediately:
-
No Use of Third-Party Stickers Without a Partnership
We will no longer embed, replicate, or incorporate third-party authentication stickers, labels, or holograms into any designs unless we have a formal partnership with that organization. Additionally, once an autograph is cracked from a slab or separated/cut from a sticker, it voids the authenticity anyway—highlighting the importance of full-context authentication.
-
Approved Authenticators Remain Unchanged
Our existing policy requiring authentication from PSA, JSA, Beckett, or G.O.A.T. remains in effect. However, if there is any question regarding the authenticity of an item, it may be subject to re-evaluation through another third-party authenticator that we approve of at our discretion.
-
Re-Authentication Support Available
If you'd like to have your piece authenticated after completion, we’re happy to help guide you through that process.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain the integrity of the hobby.
